Right worshipfull uncle, I recomend mee unto you. Sir, it is so that my
lord of Surrey2 hath written to mee by the labor of Rich: Cholmley,3
to be with him on Thursday next folowing in the matter depending
betwixt mee & John Thorneton; [p. 69] wherfore, uncle, as my most
especial trust is in you, praing you to be with mee at the day appointed,
as I may deserue it to you in tyme to come. With grace of Jesu, who
preserue you. From Sessay, 4 day of January.

To my worshipfull unkl, Sir Robart Plompton, kt.

 

    Right Worshipful uncle, I recomend mee unto you. Sir, it is
so that my lord of Surrey hath written to mee, by the labor of
Rich: Cholmley, a to be with him on Thursday next folowing in the
