Right worshipfull uncle, I recomend mee unto you. Sir, it is so that my lord of Surrey2 hath written to mee by the labor of Rich: Cholmley,3 to be with him on Thursday next folowing in the matter depending betwixt mee & John Thorneton; [p. 69] wherfore, uncle, as my most especial trust is in you, praing you to be with mee at the day appointed, as I may deserue it to you in tyme to come.
