Release with warranty by Elizabeth Beckwith, widow of Sir William Beckwith, kt,1 on behalf of herself and her heirs, to Sir Robert Plompton, kt, and his heirs of her whole right, title, claim and interest to and in the manors of Plumpton, Grassington, Steeton, Idle, Nessfield, Studley
Roger and Ripon, with the advowson of the chantry of Holy Trinity in the collegiate church of Ripon, with all their appurtenances in Yorks, and in the manors of Kinoulton, Owthorpe, Hickling, Colston and Mansfield Woodhouse, with the advowson of the chantry of St Mary in the church there, with their appurtenances in Notts, and in the manors of Ockbrook, Chaddesden, Stanton, Edensor, Pilsley, Hassop, Wormhill, Chelmorton, Darley, Hurdlow, Flagg, Wheston, Combes, Martinside, Betfield, Tideswell, Castleton, Wardlow, Rowlond, Bake- well, Carlton, Lees, Bely, Broughton Twyford, Spondon, Newbold and Lockhaw, together with the advowsons of the chantry in the chapel of St Margaret at Elton and of the chantry at the altar of the Holy Cross in the church of Bakewell with their appurtenances in Derbyshire, and in the manors of Crakemarsh and Combridge with appurtenances in Staffs, and in all other premises whatsoever which were sometime held by her father, Sir William Plompton.
