Letter patent of Sir William Plumpton appointing Robert Maderyche, John Rylay and William Jackson of Hassop, attorneys, to deliver to Thomas Rempston, kt, Dame Agnes Stapilton, Brian Stapilton, kt, Ralph Pigott, esq., William Rempston, rector of the church of Bingham, Robert Rempston, Richard Redman, senior, esq., Richard Askham, William Wood, chaplain [the properties named in no. 8] with all other lands, tenements and rents, and with villeins and their progeny, in Notts, Derbyshire and Staffs, with the advowson and presentation appurtenant to the chantries in the churches of Bakewell and Mansfield Woodhouse, together with the lands and tenements held for life by Dame Margaret Rempston of the inheritance of the feoffor.
