Indenture between William Plompton, esq., and Isabel, his wife, and
William Girlington, gent., witnessing the bargain and sale to William
Girlington of all the lands, tenements and hereditaments of which
William Plompton is seised in Estoft in Yorks in right of Dame Isabel,
his wife, or of any other to their use or the use of either. The vendors
are to make a sufficient and lawful estate in fee simple to the purchaser
in terms devised by him or by his council. Furthermore William
Plompton shall seek to persuade Sir Robert Plompton, his father, to
release to the purchaser all his right, title and interest in the premises
in terms devised by the purchaser and with warranty. For which estate,
recovery and release William Girlington has paid to William and Isabel
£33 13s, whereby they are fully paid and William Girlington is
discharged. William Plompton shall therefore hand over to the pur-
chaser all deeds, evidences and muniments relating to the property by
Easter next ensuing.
