Conveyance By John Norton, Richard Mawlevery, Thomas Fairfax and William Mawlevery, kts, at the special request of Robert Plompton kt, and William Plompton, esq., his son and heir apparent (in accordance with an agreement between the two dated 6 March 1519) to Thomas Linley, Robert Lampton and John Birnand, esqrs, of their manor of Plumpton, Yorks, and all other lands, tenements, messuages, burgages, pastures, meadows and woods, with all and singular their appurtenances in Yorks which were recovered before Robert Reade, kt, and his fellows in the Hillary Term 1515/16 against the aforesaid Sir Robert and William, except the properties in Rudfarlington, Mooreshouse and Knaresborough [specified in no. 79], and those worth £10 yearly designated to the use of Sir Robert with reversion to his 3 younger sons [no. 79]. To be held of the chief lords of those fees and by services thence owed and accustomed by right. The grantors appoint the aforesaid Thomas, Robert and John to be their attorneys to deliver the above premises, reversions and all and singular appurtenances. [Latin]
