Conveyance by John Norton, Richard Mawlevery, Thomas Fairfax and William Mawlevery, kts, at the special request of Robert Plompton, kt, and William Plompton, esq., his son and heir apparent (in accordance with articles of agreement dated 6 March 1519)1 to William Ingleby and Guy Wilstrop, esqrs, Robert Plompton, jnr, gent., son of the aforesaid Sir Robert, and Thomas Angram, clerk [of the properties in Rudfarlington (including the reversion of the 2 closes there after Richard Plumpton’s death), Moorehouse and Knaresborough, as set out in no. 79]. To have and hold the aforesaid messuage, burgages, lands, meadows, pastures and woods with their appurtenances in Rud- farlington, Moorehouse, and Knaresborough to the aforesaid feoffees and their assigns in perpetuity, to the use of Sir Robert and Dame Isabel Plompton for life, without impeachment of waste, remainder, after the decease of both, to William Plompton and his heirs. The grantors appoint William, Guy, Robert and Thomas to be their attorneys to deliver the premises.
