Charter of William Plompton, kt, granting to Master Richard Andrewes, dean of the cathedral church of York, William Eure, clerk, John Norton, kt, Ralph Pigot, John Arthington of Arthington, Godfrey Grene and Richard Knaresborough his manor of Plumpton, Yorks, with its appur- tenances, together with the advowson or nomination of a chantry of the Holy Trinity in the collegiate church of Ripon, also all other his lands, rents, reversions and services appertaining in the vill of Plumpton. To have and hold the same to those grantees their heirs and assigns in perpetuity of the chief lords of that fee and by services thence owed and accustomed by right. Warranty.1
Appointing John Justyppe as his attorney to enter the premises in his name and with his authority to deliver full and peaceable seisin to the grantees of and in the premises.
